Function
In the role of Remote Support Engineer, you will provide customer support for questions about our machine lines and assist them over the phone with troubleshooting. Thanks to your experience and technical knowledge, you know how to provide the right solutions quickly. You:
- Answers questions and provides support via chat, phone and email.
- Remotely troubleshoots and thinks about preventive measures.
- Ensures an excellent impression with your customer-focused communication.
- Analyzes problems and engages with internal teams where necessary for structural solution.
- Contributes to improving our service processes.

Who are you
You are a service-oriented professional with keen technical acumen. You possess:
- A completed mbo education in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics.
- Experience as a maintenance or troubleshooting technician, or the ambition to take this step.
- Knowledge of PLC software (preferably Siemens or Mitsubishi), or you are willing to learn this.
- A good command of Dutch and English; knowledge of German is an advantage.
- An independent, accurate and proactive work ethic.
