Function
Your role as Team Lead CMM
As Team Lead CMM, you will be responsible for managing and supervising a team of inspectors working with coordinate measuring machines (CMM). You ensure that all inspections meet the highest quality standards and that processes are continuously improved. You will be the point of contact for quality within your team and work closely with the Group Lead to take the measurement processes to the next level.
What will you do?
- Lead and coach a team of inspectors.
- Function as point of contact for quality related issues.
- Creation of an optimal work environment with appropriate means and methods.
- Continuously improve inspection and measurement processes with LEAN methodologies.
- Monitor product quality and achieve KPIs.
- Conduct assessment, performance and Ensuring a safe working environment in accordance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Actively contribute to improvement and change management.

Who are you
- You have an MBO+ degree or HBO working and thinking level.
- Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing or metering environment.
- Affinity with technology and measurement systems, especially CMM. Should you have no experience in this but are technically savvy, we invite you to apply as well.
- Decisive and a coaching leadership style.
- Good communication skills and ability to build support.
- Experience with LEAN methodologies is a plus.
- Good command of the English language.
- Flexible and willing to work occasional overtime.
