Function
As a Recruitment Consultant at WFS PRO, you combine commercial skills with the role of trusted advisor. You will guide clients and candidates through the entire recruitment process. These are your main tasks:
- You will delve into the technical knowledge within our industries and disciplines;
- On a daily basis, you identify the right candidates for the jobs you are working on;
- You seek, interview and engage candidates by building professional relationships.
- For candidates, you take care of the so-called "candidate journey" to perfection;
- You advise clients, retrieve new job openings and exploit commercial opportunities.
- Whenever possible, you will work on-site at customer sites to provide optimal support.

Who are you
- A completed college education, preferably technically oriented;
- Experience within Recruitment and Staffing;
- Your English is above average and more than, "make that the cat wise."
- Strong communication skills, commercial and social feelers and a flexible attitude;
- Proactivity, team spirit and the drive to achieve success together.
