Marshall Group has proudly supported the Royal Air Force (RNLAF) C130 Hercules fleet for more than 20 years and is pleased to have won the recent Total Sustainment competition to provide another 12 years of support to this operational fleet. The Total Sustainment contract includes aircraft maintenance, spare parts supply and engine support.
To effectively deliver this service, we are looking for a Netherlands-based Logistics Support/Technical Coordinator to join our team. The Logistics Support/Technical Coordinator plays a crucial role in the smooth running of our logistics and technical support functions, working closely with various departments in our Cambridge, UK facility and with the RNLAF.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, count, check, record and store goods based on receipt documents;
- Package sensitive material and composite parts according to Marshall Aerospace guidelines;
- Distribute, collect and publish articles and subsystems based on assignment documents;
- Check expiration dates of items and arrange for re-inspection;
- Record shortages and ensure replenishment;
- Independently monitor warehouse inventories and take action on discrepancies to ensure reliable and accurate inventory levels;
- Perform warehouse administration in ERP systems (SAP/IFS), including logging data, applying various stickers and ensuring proper labels and documents are in place;
- Induct and supervise less experienced warehouse workers;
- Troubleshoot incoming items and parts adequately and be available for consultation 24/7.

Who are you
- Minimum completed MAVO/VMBO education;
- 1-3 years work experience in a similar logistics position;
- Familiarity with warehouse and production organization regulations and procedures;
- Handicrafts;
- Good oral communication skills in Dutch and reading skills in English;
- Able to process incoming and outgoing goods administratively;
- Eager to learn, flexible, independent, proactive and customer-oriented.

Marshall Eindhoven Overview
Marshall Eindhoven, part of Marshall Aerospace NL, is responsible for executing the contract with the Dutch Air Force for the maintenance and support of their C130 Hercules fleet. Our goal is to relieve the Air Force so they can focus on their core tasks and responsibilities. Marshall Eindhoven acts as the central hub and first point of contact for the Air Force organization.
Team Description
As a Marshall employee, you will work directly with Air Force personnel from various departments and with staff at Marshall headquarters in Cambridge. Additional support is provided from our Dutch office in Valkenburg (South Holland).
