Function
As a Continuous Improvement Lead, you will be responsible for initiating, guiding and securing improvement projects throughout our organization. Think of projects in the field of supply chain optimization, quality improvement, inventory management, customer satisfaction and digitization of processes. You bring structure, create support and ensure that improvements are not only conceived but actually implemented.
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will work closely with department heads and process owners and have plenty of room to take your own initiatives. Whether it is streamlining logistics processes or setting up standardized working methods - you are the one who sets it in motion and completes it.
Grasp of tasks
- Lead improvement projects from analysis to implementation, impacting multiple departments
- Application of LEAN techniques such as 5S, Kaizen and VSM
- Spotting bottlenecks and opportunities through data-driven analysis
- Develop and implement new working methods and standards
- Coach and train colleagues to embed continuous improvement into the culture
- Report progress and results to the Managing Director and MT
- Encourage collaboration between teams to improve processes chain-wide

- A full-time position (40 hours) with flexible working hours
- Salary between €4,117 and €5,000 gross per month, depending on experience

Who are you
You are analytically strong, results-oriented and know how to bring others along in change. You keep an overview and know how to connect people.
- HBO/WO working and thinking level (Business Administration, Engineering or Supply Chain)
- Experience with LEAN and project management
- Familiar with ERP/CRM systems and data-driven work
- Communication skills in Dutch and English
- You take initiative and enjoy working together
- You dare to give advice on a strategic level
- You are persuasive and think in solutions
