Function
As Project Support Officer, you are the point of contact when it comes to capacity planning within our AMRO department. You ensure that projects run smoothly by monitoring capacity, coordinating between departments and making timely adjustments where necessary. You will support the Head of Production & Standards and help take the organization to the next level. Your duties:
- Manage, monitor and adjust AMRO capacity planning.
- Analyze and report on required resources versus available capacity.
- Coordinate between departments and resolve scheduling bottlenecks.
- Coordinate out-station projects.
- Support improvement projects within the production environment.

Who are you
You are analytically strong, communicate easily and like structure. You quickly switch between different departments and know how to set priorities. Collaboration comes naturally to you and you take initiative where necessary. What do you bring?
- HBO working and thinking level.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel.
- Good command of English (Dutch is a plus).
- Experience in aviation is a plus.
