Kuehne+Nagel is looking for a Continuous Improvement specialist with a Green Belt certificate who contributes to continuous improvement with Lean Six Sigma methodologies and a coaching approach. Function
You combine analyzing with coaching. Together with operations and management, you translate improvement opportunities into practical solutions that contribute to Continuous Improvement and Business Development.
- Train and mentor employees in Lean Six Sigma (including Yellow & White Belt)
- Coaching managers to achieve process improvements
- Apply CI tools such as 5S, visual management, standard work and VSM
- Identify improvement opportunities and translate them into concrete LEAN projects
- Independently implement and monitor Green Belt projects
- Presenting results to concerned teams
- Identify and help resolve obstacles in a timely manner

- Gross annual salary between €65,000 and €70,000 (depending on experience)

Who are you
You enjoy working on process improvement and know how to inspire teams. You are results-oriented, data-driven and communicatively strong both on the shop floor and towards management.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
- At least 4 years of experience with continuous improvement / Continuous Improvement
- Experience in coaching and change management
- Skilled in analyzing data and presenting results
- Strong in bringing structure to processes
- Fluent command of the Dutch language is mandatory
- Also communicative in English
