Function
You are the lynchpin between sales, the customer and in the process the bridgehead to project management and management.
Short-term focus: Development of propositions and optimization of existing programs such as B737, A320 and A330. In addition, explore expansions to A350 and/or B787 programs.
Long-term goals: Strengthen customer focus and operational excellence of FSG.
Your duties will include:
- Preparation of bids (Bid/No Bid) and contract support;
- Drive contract execution, think kick-offs, risk assessments and "lessons learned";
- Initiate and implement continuous improvement (CI) plans within the programs;
- Build and maintain customer relationships to meet customer requirements;
- Develop future-proof (new) programs to support strategic objectives;
- Ensure clear internal communication, collaboration and operational efficiency;
- Coordinate program execution, risks, dependencies, troubleshooting and escalation processes.

Who are you
- A completed Bachelor's degree and/or Master's degree in Aerospace or Supply-chain engineering;
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant program management work experience;
- Strong analytical skills and affinity for advanced analytical techniques;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Dutch and English;
- Knowledge of program management (IPMA certification is a plus);
- Experience in customer-facing MRO environments within Airframe Services is a plus;
- Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies (e.g., Green Belt certification);
- Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary and international teams
