You are the contact person for customers and the one who ensures that projects are completed successfully both technically and commercially.
Function
As Project Manager Airframe Services, you will be responsible for the financial and operational outcome of projects. Consider budgets, margin, lead time, schedule and quality. You are also responsible for all activities of the assigned hangars and the personnel working there. This is an operational role at Woensdrecht, where you are also responsible for everything concerning Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ).
Your duties in brief:
- Based on the client assignment, you will put together an operational implementation plan and shape the work organization;
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams (Engineering, Operations, Quality, Purchasing).
- Analyze and define projects, including scope and schedule.
- Managing contractual risks and opportunities;
- Monitor client assignment including budget, costs and reports to client.
- Act as a direct point of contact for clients and maintain strong relationships.
- Responsible for project and production kick-off, progress meetings and project evaluations
- Commercially justify and defend costs and surcharges.
- Troubleshooting prior to and during project execution
- Ensure successful completion of projects from inception to completion.

Who are you
You have a solid foundation in project management and know your way around without guidance. You are the Project Manager who is commercially and communicatively strong, convincing customers with clear arguments. You are pragmatic, results-oriented and take responsibility for both the technical and financial side of projects. You bring:
- A relevant technical education.
- Minimum of 5 years of project or process management experience.
- Experience in budget management and financial accountability.
- Knowledge of EASA and/or FAA Part 145 (preferred).
- Demonstrated leadership experience.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
- Experience in aerospace.
- Flexible handling of working hours and priorities.
- A pragmatic and results-oriented work attitude.
- You motivate the team to achieve the best project result.
