Function
In this role, you will be the driving force behind CoreDux's daily production process. You ensure that machines keep running, that breakdowns don't get a chance and that the building remains in top condition. How do you do this? Among other things, through the following range of tasks:
- You will be responsible for corrective and preventive maintenance for machinery and building installations;
- Your responsible for contract management for Maintenance & Facility. You will critically examine current contracts and bring them to the next level. You take into account costs and in- and outsourcing. Creating and integrating preventive machine maintenance planning;
- Translate policies and analyses into maintenance strategies;
- Analyze complex failures and patterns and make improvements in both preventive and corrective maintenance;
- Internally, you continuously make the connection between Process engineering - maintenance and production, among others;
- You are an advisor to the organization in areas such as process improvement and procurement of new machines and equipment; machine fleet management;
- Coordinate various external parties;
- Report and advise management on safety, reliability and investments;
- As a gift, a move is also planned. As an M&F Engineer, you feel like a fish in the water with this.

Who are you
A technical specialist who enjoys working on the reliability and optimization of complex and building-related installations. Further:
- A completed relevant technical college education;
- Affinity for high-performance manufacturing processes;
- Experience within technical services is a requirement. Do you currently have limited experience as a Maintenance Engineer? No problem. CoreDux offers you room for growth;
- Experience with asset management and maintenance systems is a plus;
- Good command of Dutch and English;
- You are proactive and alternate your desk with visibility in the workplace;
- Analytically strong and communication skills;
- You live in the Tilburg area.
