Introduction
Are you an experienced leader in a manufacturing environment and want to make a difference in a high mix, low volume environment? For CoreDux, WFS PRO is looking for a Shift Leader Production.
Function
In this role, you are the driving force behind the daily production process. You ensure that your team works together, the planning is met and the work processes run optimally. This means that you both lead and support your colleagues in their growth. You feel at home in a dynamic, sometimes hectic work environment and know how to keep an overview. Thanks to your strong communication skills you can work effectively with people from different backgrounds and levels within the organization. Your tasks consist of:
- Managing and coaching the production team during your shift;
- Ensure safe, structured and efficient production;
- Monitoring production planning and quality, proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks;
- You are daily active in growing your team to the next level.
- You will be responsible for the HR cycle for your employees and support them in their growth within the organization;
- As a manager and you are the point of contact for the team both on content and as a sparring partner.

- Full-time employment on 2 shifts
- A salary between €3500 and €5400 (excluding 13.3% shift bonus), depending on your experience;
- One-year contract with the prospect of permanent employment;

Who are you
We are looking for someone who can work well together and take the lead in challenging situations. With your experience and knowledge, you will be an example to the team and ensure everyone's development. You will bring:
- Experience in a technical manufacturing environment;
- Proven leadership, taking the lead while engaging the team in decision-making.
- You are team-oriented, close to your colleagues
- Knowledge of improvement processes (such as Lean or 5S);
- Good command of both Dutch and English;
- You live in the Tilburg area.
