Function
As Consultant Defense within the defense domain you will work, together with an experienced team, on projects and consultancy assignments in which you advise and support the government and (international) companies. Your tasks include:
- Lead consulting engagements in the areas of strategy development, material acquisition, project and program management and policy support.
- Build customer relationships and expand network within the defense domain.
- Actively contribute to identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads and preparing winning bids.

Who are you
- Minimum HBO/WO work and thinking level, with 5 - 10 years of experience, preferably at the intersection of business and government. A Master's degree in a relevant field such as business economics, engineering or military academy are a plus;
- Experience in / knowledge of the defense and security domain, this can also be from the manufacturing industry or a knowledge institution;
- You have a strategic mindset and are able to develop and implement long-term visions;
- Experience in Business Development, Account Management or related;
- You are communicatively strong, make contacts easily and know how to make the right connections quickly;
- You work independently, take responsibility and know how to spot and seize opportunities.
