Asli, a 27-year-old Manufacturing Engineer from Turkey, completed a successful process at WFS PRO.
Asli herself states that her onboarding process was very successful, thanks in part to everyone being very supportive. In addition, Asli says, "WFS PRO perfectly evaluated my skills and background and found a position for me at GKN Fokker Elmo that was a perfect fit."
Her process at WFS PRO consisted of an interview with our Senior Recruitment Consultant Puk Steenbergen, in which Asli's background, experience and skills were discussed. After that, Asli had two interviews Fokker, where she started working on secondment last February. In total, administrative matters such as her contract, project documents and her work visa took only 20-22 days.
