- your responsibility lies in ensuring that materials are available on time for our assembly processes;
- You will initiate purchase orders with both domestic and international suppliers;
- Meticulously process timely confirmations within our ERP system;
- Your communication with suppliers will be characterized by a friendly, yet assertive manner;
- You’ll swiftly address situations where deliveries are running behind schedule.
You’ll thrive as a central coordinator between strategic procurement, suppliers, and the planning department. This role offers diversity and substantial accountability, and you’ll directly report to the Supply Chain Manager.
- Minimum of Vocational education (MBO+) or equivalent due to knowledge or experience
- Procurement expertise at the NEVI-MIL level, acquired within a manufacturing environment
- Practical proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with ERP software, preferably Navision
- Fluency in both written and spoken Dutch and English. Knowledge of German is an advantage
- Living in the Netherlands
- English spoken and written, Dutch spoken and written is a plus
