Function
As a Process Engineer, you are responsible for converting customer work into technically feasible work packages. You ensure that resources, materials, and instructions are available on time and continuously monitor planning and progress. You work closely with production, logistics, order control, project management, and customers to ensure that projects run smoothly. Your responsibilities:
- Translating aircraft workscopes into technically feasible work packages;
- Drawing up, monitoring, and adjusting project plans and schedules;
- Daily coordination with production regarding progress and maintenance requirements;
- Informing Order Control and Logistics about required parts and initiating outsourcing for specialized processes;
- Preparing requisitions to ensure timely availability of resources and materials;
- Monitoring project progress and participating in consultations on urgent bottlenecks;
- Translating project plans into standardized maintenance tasks and tracking their status.

Who are you
You work in a structured manner and maintain an overview of planning, progress, and information. You switch easily between different departments and communicate clearly about technical and substantive questions. You see opportunities to improve and standardize processes. In addition, you bring the following to the table:
- A completed MBO+ education or comparable level;
- Knowledge of planning and quality systems;
- Understanding of project management and experience with planning and logistics processes;
- Familiarity with aircraft maintenance processes and associated documentation is an advantage;
- Focus on cost control and working efficiently;
- Good command of the Dutch and English languages;
- Knowledge of information systems.
