As an employment agency, we consider it extremely important to comply with the laws and regulations governing flexible work, as well as with the terms of employment for our employees and independent contractors.
Our Back Office Partner Carrière is a fully certified ABU member and an Accredited Sponsor with the IND, which means we are also authorized to place knowledge workers in the Dutch labor market. For immigration matters, we collaborate with the specialist firm Dutch Expat Solutions.
External audits are conducted twice a year. Among other things, they assess:
- Compliance with Laws and Regulations When Deploying European Employees and Knowledge Workers
- Employment Contracts and Salaries Under the Applicable Collective Bargaining Agreements
- Proper Use of Model Contracts for Self-Employed Individuals
