Function
As Team Lead Electronics, you are responsible for the daily operations of the Electronics Shop. You ensure efficient production, monitor quality and safety, and encourage continuous improvement within the team. Your main tasks:
- Leading and motivating a team of approximately 7 technicians and support staff.
- Timely and high-quality repair and production of electronic components in accordance with OEM and aviation standards.
- Aligning production planning with planning, supply chain, and engineering.
- Ensuring quality and compliance with airworthiness requirements.
- Identifying and implementing improvements in work processes and efficiency.
- Maintaining safety protocols and a safe working environment.
- Supporting the training and development of team members.

Who are you
You are an experienced professional who maintains an overview and is involved with the team and the workplace.
Your profile:
- Vocational education or bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering/Electronics, or similar.
- At least 5 years of experience in an MRO or production environment.
- Knowledge of electrical circuits, components, soldering, testing, and repair.
- Familiar with EASA Part-145, IPC-A-610, and airworthiness requirements.
- Experience with operational, quality, and safety management.
- Good command of Dutch and English.
- Experience with MS Excel and PowerPoint; Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt) and IPMA-D are an advantage.
