As a Production Logistics Shift Leader at CoreDux in Tilburg, you’ll ensure that materials are available on time for production and that finished products are shipped promptly. You’ll maintain an overview, set priorities, and ensure structure on the shop floor.
Function
As a Production Logistics Shift Leader, you are responsible for day-to-day operations in the Warehouse and Shipping departments during your shift. You manage employees, monitor the flow of materials, and ensure that operations align with production priorities.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing, mentoring, and developing employees in the Warehouse and Shipping departments.
- Allocate and adjust daily tasks based on production priorities.
- Overseeing the receipt of goods, storage, internal material supply, and shipping.
- Ensure that materials are available in a timely manner for production and that finished products are shipped on time.
- Identify and resolve disruptions in the material flow, in collaboration with Planning, Production, Procurement, and Quality.
- Focus on inventory reliability, delivery reliability, quality, and productivity.
- Analyzing recurring bottlenecks and initiating practical process improvements.
- Ensure clear work arrangements, a safe work environment, and a smooth handoff between shifts.
You will work a two-shift schedule, which means you will have a direct impact on the continuity of logistics operations.

Who are you
You are a practical and people-oriented leader who maintains a broad perspective, communicates clearly, and isn’t afraid to make decisions. You know how to get employees on board with changes and keep operations running smoothly when priorities shift.
In addition, you must have the following:
- MBO+ or HBO level of work and thinking, preferably in logistics, supply chain, engineering, or business administration.
- Experience as a team leader, shift leader, foreman, or coordinator in logistics or production.
- Experience managing, supervising, and holding operational staff accountable.
- Knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory management, internal logistics, and shipping.
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Experience with an ERP or warehouse management system; knowledge of SAP is a plus.
- Proficiency in Dutch and sufficient English to communicate in the workplace.
- Willingness to work on a 2-shift schedule on a regular basis.
