As a Junior Recruiter at WFS PRO in Eindhoven, you’ll have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment within technical sectors such as aviation, high-tech, maritime, and defense. You’ll work alongside experienced colleagues, build your own network of candidates, and play a direct role in connecting technical talent with exciting employers.
Function
As a Junior Recruiter, you’ll support the recruitment process from start to finish and learn, step by step, how to identify, approach, and mentor technical talent. You’ll work closely with the Business Manager and experienced recruiters to successfully fill open positions.
No two days are the same. One day you’re actively searching for candidates on LinkedIn; the next, you’re conducting introductory interviews or providing support for ongoing recruitment processes.
Your duties include:
- Actively searching for and approaching candidates in technical sectors such as aviation, maritime, high-tech, and defense.
- Conducting telephone screenings and intake interviews with candidates.
- Building and maintaining talent pools for various technical disciplines.
- Guiding candidates from the initial contact through the onboarding process.
- Writing and posting job listings on various recruitment channels.
- Work closely with the Business Manager to clearly communicate the specific client needs to candidates.
