We are seeking an experienced Lead Electrical Technician for challenging electrical engineering projects in the Tilburg region. You will serve as the point of contact on-site, supervise technicians, and ensure that work is carried out according to schedule and quality standards. You will work on a variety of projects in locations such as offices, distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, schools, and healthcare institutions.
Function
As a Lead Electrical Technician, you will oversee the execution of electrical work at project sites on a daily basis. You will monitor the progress of the work, keep track of the schedule, and ensure that technicians have the right information and resources to perform their tasks.
You’ll work closely with project managers, work planners, and field staff to ensure the successful completion of projects.
Your duties include:
- Coordinating day-to-day operations at the project site.
- Managing, supervising, and training technicians.
- Coordinating work with project managers and work planners.
- Preparing work and monitoring the project schedule.
- Checking the quality of the work performed.
- Monitoring material usage, progress, and project costs.

Who are you
- You have completed a technical program at the MBO 4 level or higher.
- You have at least 2 years of experience in a managerial role in the field.
- You have experience managing technicians at project sites.
- You can coordinate technical work and monitor its progress.
- You have an eye for quality and planning
- You are flexible and willing to take on various jobs at different locations
