Introduction
Are you the project manager who can successfully oversee complex electrical engineering projects from design through completion?
In this role, you will be responsible for utility projects in the Tilburg and Brainport regions. From high-tech environments and healthcare facilities to distribution centers and municipal buildings, you will ensure that projects stay on track from a technical, financial, and organizational standpoint. With project values ranging from €500,000 to €5 million, you will play a key role in the realization of future-proof and sustainable systems.
Function
As an Electrical Engineering Project Manager, you will lead challenging commercial construction projects and manage multidisciplinary teams. You will serve as the point of contact for clients, suppliers, and project staff, and monitor progress throughout the entire project.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring the progress of projects in technical, financial, commercial, and administrative areas.
- Maintaining contact with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Managing project teams consisting of, among others, work planners, modelers, site supervisors, and lead technicians.
- Coaching and providing hierarchical guidance to employees in the work planning department.
- Ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with contractual agreements, including UAV-GC contract types.
- Achieving project objectives in the areas of scheduling, budget, and delivery quality.
You’ll work closely with colleagues from other disciplines, including mechanical engineering, on a daily basis to ensure the overall success of projects.

Who are you
- A degree in Electrical Engineering at a minimum of MBO Level 4.
- HBO working and thinking level.
- At least 4 years of experience as a Project Manager on electrical engineering projects.
- Experience working within a project organization or at an installation or contracting company.
