Yigit graduated as a Mechanical Engineer in 2014 and subsequently gained extensive experience in various sectors, including the petrochemical and automotive industries. With a desire to further develop himself and take on a new challenge, he came into contact with WFS PRO. He now works in the agricultural sector, where, as a Service Engineer, he is responsible for maintaining and repairing machines at customer sites. He lives in the Netherlands with his wife and their Labradoodle Loki.
Autonomy and trust at work
As a Service Engineer at Viscon, Yigit is in daily contact with customers. He troubleshoots malfunctions, performs maintenance, and works independently on machines on site. It is precisely this independence that makes his work so appealing.
“I believe doing some things or having an assignment alone and doing everything by yourself is a huge highlight, because it speaks for itself.”

“People expect you to fix things as a service engineer, because that’s what we do. And when you do that and get the praise, it is a wonderful thing to happen.”
Yigit is also very enthusiastic about his colleagues at Viscon Group.
“Working at Viscon is just really nice. The people are sincere and friendly and really take the time to properly inform and guide new colleagues.”
