Meet Tuan!
Tuan is a mechanical engineer in the Marine & Offshore industry and came into contact with WFS PRO six years ago via LinkedIn. He got in touch with Toon and later with Maurice, and eventually accepted a position at Orange Engineering Technologies via WFS PRO. Tuan is originally from Vietnam, but moved to the Netherlands for this job. WFS PRO guided him through his entire relocation process and ensured a smooth and worry-free transition.
More than a year ago, Tuan was ready for the next step in his career. He contacted WFS PRO again, and we put him in touch with C-Job. He started there on a secondment basis and has since been taken over as a direct employee.
When we asked Tuan what he appreciates most about working with WFS PRO, he said:
“It’s a carefree feeling. You don’t have to worry about anything because you know there’s a team supporting you.”
Over the years, Tuan has built a strong network through WFS PRO that he can rely on:
“I have built up a network and am quite happy with what I have achieved so far. In my network are friends from WFS PRO who I can fully rely on if things go wrong or if the situation is difficult.”
What Tuan values most is the personal and close contact with the WFS PRO team: “Toon always comes to visit me when I move, for example. He is always the first to visit me to see where and how I live. Every few months we have lunch together and discuss how things are going, from both sides. That is really nice.”
