Function
As a technician, along with the Lead Technician during the shift, you will be responsible for:
- Quickly and effectively resolve daily technical failures on conveyors, cranes, industrial robots, washing plants, hydraulic presses and other machinery;
- Making decisions that lead to appropriate solutions in common situations;
- Assessing situations and choosing the right course of action;
- Maintaining oversight and responsibility for the end result;
- Taking proactive measures to prevent bottlenecks and improve processes.

Do you have technical understanding but no formal degree or specific work experience? No problem - we'd still love to hear from you!

A few traits that come in handy in this position:
- You will need a driver's license because you will sometimes have to drive between our locations;
- You are not afraid of heights;
- Your work will be 80% mechanical and 20% electrical. A certificate for switching electrical installations is a plus - but you can also obtain this through us;
- You are: quality-oriented, solution-oriented, problem-solving and proactive.
