Function
As a Continuous Improvement Green Belt, you will play a critical role in strengthening the systems, knowledge and culture of continuous improvement within the Business Unit. Your efforts will ensure an organization that continuously improves itself, with the goal of achieving the highest quality and service for customers in an efficient manner.
In this role, you will be responsible for guiding and implementing process improvements across the organization. You will work closely with teams to drive continuous improvements and achieve lasting results:
- Train and mentor employees in the Lean Six Sigma methodology.
- Coach employees and managers on process improvements, such as Yellow and White Belt initiatives.
- Implement Continuous Improvement techniques, including SQCDEP boards, 5S, visual management and Value Stream Mapping.
- Collaborate with operations to identify improvement opportunities and turn them into promising LEAN projects.
- Independently execute Lean Six Sigma Green Belt projects and report on progress and results.
- Identify obstacles and provide solutions with the team.

Who are you
You have a passion for continuous improvement and know how to bring others into this. In addition, you possess:
- A Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification (preferred).
- Minimum of 4 years' experience with Continuous Improvement, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong coaching and change management skills.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Fluent command of Dutch and English.
