At Viscon Group, we are looking for an enthusiastic Hatchery Service Engineer to join our team in 's-Gravendeel. As a service engineer, you will contribute to the maintenance and optimization of high-tech machines in the hatchery industry. Are you the engineer we are looking for?

Function

As a Hatchery Service Engineer, you are responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, and installations on machines and systems in hatcheries. You work both preventively and curatively to ensure that the machines function optimally.

  • Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on machines and systems.
  • Performing repairs and troubleshooting malfunctions.
  • Installing new machines and systems.
  • Update and maintain documentation.
  • Informing customers about the status of their machines and possible improvements.
  • Report to your supervisor about work performed and any problems encountered.

Who are you

We are looking for a technician with a strong technical background and a hands-on mentality. You are proactive, have a keen eye for detail, and are able to work independently.

  • Vocational education (MBO) level 3 or 4 in a technical field (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Installation Technology).
  • Experience in maintaining and repairing industrial machinery.
  • Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Driver's license B (work takes place at various locations).
  • Good communication skills and customer focus.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel.
