Function
As Head of Technical Services, you are responsible for ensuring that all technical systems operate at peak performance. You will work in an innovative environment with complex installations, ranging from advanced water treatment systems and climate control to heat recovery and thermal springs up to 700 meters deep.
You will not only be involved in day-to-day operations but will also have strategic responsibility for maintenance policy, technical safety, and the long-term vision for building management. As a member of the Management Team, you will actively contribute to the organization’s direction.
What you will do
- Leading a team of ±10 technical employees, together with the assistant head of TD.
- Prepare and monitor maintenance and investment plans.
- Ensuring optimal energy management and sustainable solutions.
- Project leader on (re)construction and renovation projects.
- Advise on plant replacement and new technical applications.
- Manage contracts and negotiations with outside vendors.
- Oversee safety, laws and regulations and technical inspections.
- Implement and optimize building management systems and measurement and control technology.
- Collaborate with HR on team development and motivation.

Who are you
You are a natural leader with a heart for both technology and people. You have a keen eye for technical processes, think in solutions and know how to motivate and develop a team. You use your knowledge of building management and installations for sustainable and reliable operations.
You bring:
- HBO working and thinking level in a technical direction.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in building management and installation engineering.
- Knowledge of pool water treatment, measurement and control technology and/or electrical engineering.
- Demonstrated leadership experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Affinity with IT and building management systems.
- A proactive, people-oriented and punctual attitude.
