Function
As a Production Planner, you are the key link between sales, production, and logistics. You ensure that the production schedule is accurate and that orders are fulfilled on time and in the correct order.
You monitor the progress of orders on a daily basis and adjust the schedule as needed to ensure a smooth flow of production.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and monitoring the production schedule in the ERP system
- Checking the status of open orders on a daily basis
- Coordinate with production, sales, and logistics regarding priorities and capacity
- Identifying bottlenecks in the schedule and responding to them immediately
- Ensuring that material flows and production capacity are well aligned

Who are you
- MBO+ or HBO level of work and thinking, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or technical business administration
- Experience with production planning or work planning in a technical environment
- Experience with ERP systems
- You have strong organizational skills and are able to maintain a clear overview in a dynamic environment
- You have strong communication skills and can easily coordinate with different departments
- Experience in the technical manufacturing industry
- Experience with scheduling multiple production orders simultaneously
- Knowledge of logistics processes and material flows
