Function
As an assembly worker, you will work daily on the assembly of high-quality precision mechanical and mechatronic products in a cleanroom environment. Using technical drawings, work instructions, and quality specifications, you will assemble components and complete modules with the utmost precision.
Your duties include:
- Assembling precision mechanical and mechatronic products;
- Assembling hose assemblies, pipes, couplings, and other high-tech components;
- Conducting quality checks and inspecting products for fit and function;
- Working in accordance with cleanroom procedures and quality guidelines;
- Preparing, testing, and packing products for shipment;
- Actively contribute ideas for improvements in work processes, quality, and efficiency.
You'll receive a comprehensive training period so that you can become thoroughly familiar with all the tasks and quality standards.

Who are you
You work with precision, have an eye for detail, and value quality. You have a technical mindset, are eager to learn, and feel at home in a production environment where precision work is key. You work both independently and well with colleagues.
In addition, you have:
- A completed vocational education (MBO) program in a technical field or a comparable level of work experience and thinking skills;
- Experience with (precision) mechanical or technical assembly;
- An affinity for technology and a commitment to quality;
- Experience in a production environment is a plus;
- Experience working in a cleanroom is a plus;
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing is a plus;
- A proactive, enthusiastic, and team-oriented attitude;
- Willingness to work a two-shift schedule;
- A good command of the Dutch language.
