Function
As a Technical Recruiter, you’re the go-to person for technical talent in your market. You know exactly how to inspire these specialists to take the next step in their careers. You speak the language of tech professionals, understand where their passion lies, and use that to build a genuine connection that leads to a lasting match.
Your duties include:
- Independently recruiting and selecting technical talent in the aviation, maritime, high-tech, and defense sectors.
- Building and maintaining a strong talent pool within your market.
- Conducting intake interviews with candidates to gain insight into their ambitions and skills.
- Guiding candidates from initial contact through to onboarding.
- The creative use of modern recruitment channels and networking events.
- Work closely with the Business Manager to clearly communicate the specific client needs to candidates.

Who are you
- HBO working and thinking level.
- Experience in recruitment and/or sales; experience at a technical staffing agency is a plus.
- An affinity for technical fields.
- Fluency in Dutch and a good command of English.
- Strong communication skills, persuasiveness, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
- A focus on results combined with the sensitivity to understand what motivates both the candidate and the client.
- Ownership of your pipeline and results.
