As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll ensure that parts, materials, and outbound shipments are processed flawlessly, so that production processes run smoothly and customers worldwide are served on time.
Function
As a Warehouse Associate, you are responsible for efficiently managing the flow of goods within the organization. You work closely with colleagues in logistics, production, and assembly to ensure that materials are available when needed.
Your duties include:
- Receiving, inspecting, and recording incoming goods.
- Conducting quality checks, measurements, and damage inspections.
- Storing materials in logical locations within the warehouse.
- Picking parts for production and customer orders.
- Packing and preparing domestic and international shipments for shipment, including export documentation.
- Conducting stock checks, inventory counts, and administrative processing in the WMS and ERP systems.
You'll be working in a technical production environment where precision, teamwork, and a sense of ownership are key.

Who are you
Must-haves
- Completed vocational training (MBO) in Logistics or a comparable field.
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar warehouse position.
- Experience with order picking in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
- Proven experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems.
- Experience working according to the 5S principle.
Nice-to-haves
- An interest in technology or a technical production environment.
- Experience with quality control and measurements.
- Good command of the English language.
- In addition, you work with precision, take responsibility for your work, and identify opportunities for improvement within logistics processes.
- You naturally collaborate with colleagues to solve problems and ensure that processes run smoothly.
