Introduction
“Aviation is what we breathe. It’s our past, present, and future.”
Are you ready to join an innovative, specialized team with global impact?
Function
As a Licensed B1 and/or B2 Engineer, you’ll take on a critical role in maintaining and inspecting aircraft systems and engines, ensuring compliance with EASA Part 145 regulations. Working with an expert team, you’ll be hands-on in assembly, disassembly, and in-depth fault analysis, and you’ll prepare engines, structural aircraft parts and systems for independent test runs, including authorized taxiing (if authorized to do so). A complete metamorphosis of private jets? We perform those too at Fokker Techniek. Our teams perform the full range of maintenance inspections. From minor modifications up to heavy maintenance! You are responsible for releasing aircrafts back into service, and in this process, you will supervise less experienced engineers. Some projects may require travel outside the Netherlands.
What’s in it for you
- Competitive Salary: Earn between €3500 and €5000 per month, based on your type ratings and experience. Note: we are fully transparent in what you will earn, so there are no unexpected surprises. We indicate exactly what you will have left over each month to spend freely after all expenses.
- Path to Permanent Employment: Start with a one-year contract at WFS PRO, with the potential for a permanent role at Fokker Techniek.
- Professional Development: Gain access to training and support tailored to enhance your skills and accelerate your career. We also introduce you to the Dutch language through an online language course, sponsored by WFS PRO.
- Relocation assistance, allowance and housing: We give you clear insight to the relocation process and ensure a smooth transition to the Netherlands. We’ll also arrange your accommodation, making your move seamless. On top of that, you get a relocation allowance of up to € 2500 (single) or up to € 5000 (families) for moving to the Netherlands.
- Tax Benefits: Receive tax breaks or other financial benefits for the first 5 years.
- Additional Financial Benefits: You get a travel allowance for car and bike: €0,23 per kilometer (from 10km), an 8% holiday allowance, 14,90 overtime bonus up to 140% shift bonus. Also, your salary increases each year (for instance 3% from the 1st of June 2025) and you have a conversion of ADV-days in additional income (up to 2% up to gross salary).
- Discounted or Free options: You get access to fitness facilities at a reduced rate and free access to GoodHabitz, with more than 1000 lessons to improve yourself.
Who are you?
- Hold an EASA AML with a type rating A320, A330 (CEO/NEO), and/or B737NG. You have the required certificates Part 66 B1/B2 license obtained at a Part 147 accredited institution.
- Able to perform A, B, C, and D-checks (C- and D-check experience is an advantage).
- Have a comprehensive logbook with documented experience.
- Strong in technical English communication.
- Solution-oriented, with effective team collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to safety and quality standards.
- You are keen to enter into a long employment relationship where you can develop as a professional. To be clear: this role is therefore not a contractor opportunity.
