Function
As a Plating/Galvano Operator, you will independently perform electroplating processes such as chrome plating, nickel plating, chemical nickel, and cadmium plating. You will work in a two-shift system and contribute to the quality and safety of our aerospace products. You will perform the following tasks:
- Perform electroplating processes according to regulations and instructions.
- Mask, pre-treat, and de-mask components.
- Monitor and maintain process baths.
- Ensure compliance with aerospace industry quality standards.

Who are you?
- Technical education or equivalent experience as an operator in a technical environment.
- MBO (secondary vocational) level in electroplating or chemistry. If you do not have this knowledge but you are motivated, we encourage you to apply!
- Quality-conscious and detail-oriented.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
- Experience with chemical processes is a plus.
- Proficiency in English for understanding work instructions. Dutch is a plus but not required.
- Residing in the Helmond area.
