Function
As a Senior Engineer, you will work in the Hatches & Windbreaks team to establish and maintain a product platform for the standardization and modularization of hatches and windbreaks. You are the technical product specialist and thus responsible for the engineering and documentation of hatches and windbreaks. In addition to the product platform, you develop customer-specific products for various projects within the (super)yacht building industry. Within the product group you take care of product innovations and maintenance of the product platform. Of course you do not do this alone, you work closely with 4 engineers and 1 lead engineer within the product group Hatches & Windbreaks to achieve the best results.

Who are you?
- HBO working and thinking level with a technical education focused on maritime engineering, mechanical engineering or aircraft engineering;
- You have a passion for engineering and are familiar with mechanical components such as hatches;
- You have an excellent knowledge of mechanical engineering possibly complemented by technical knowledge of electro, hydraulics and/or composite (carbon);
- Good communication skills in both Dutch and English;
- You are customer-oriented, service-oriented and flexible;
- The drive to work independently & cooperatively.
