As a Remote Support Engineer, you are the first point of contact for our international hatchery clients when technical issues arise. You’ll support them in real time, often logging in remotely to PLCs and automation systems to ensure minimal downtime and high client satisfaction. Your insights contribute not only to solving issues but also to continuously improving our service model.

Viscon Group offers you a forward-thinking environment where your development is encouraged, and your contributions are visible. You’ll join a team that supports essential global food production processes with sustainable automation solutions.

We offer:

  • A gross monthly salary between €3.265 and €4.496, depending on experience.
  • Flexible working hours with the possibility to work from home one day a week.
  • 25 vacation days and 4 additional leave days, with the option to purchase more.
  • A solid pension scheme with only 4% personal contribution.

You’re service-minded, communicative, and technically well-versed. You enjoy solving complex challenges and take responsibility for delivering fast and reliable solutions to clients.

You bring:

  • A completed MBO / Secondary vocational education in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics.
  • Experience as a maintenance or service technician – or the ambition to grow into such a role.
  • Understanding of PLC systems (preferably Siemens or Mitsubishi), or the motivation to learn.
  • Fluency in English (Dutch and/or German is a plus).
  • A structured and independent working style.
  • Affinity with automation in hatchery or agricultural environments is a plus.
