In this versatile role, you will work on innovative machines and production lines for customers worldwide. You will combine technical creativity with analytical insight and contribute directly to the automation of advanced production processes.
Function
As a PLC Engineer, you work on challenging projects where you are the bridge between technology, software and customer requirements. You ensure that our machines function smartly, safely and efficiently - from design to delivery.
Your duties include:
- Design and programming of control software based on customer requirements and functional specifications.
- Establishing trouble reports, network and communication structures.
- Monitor planning, budget and progress of projects.
- Testing, optimization and commissioning of machines (both in-house and at customer location, remote if necessary).
- Assist with breakdowns and maintenance, and contribute to continuous process improvement.
- Prepare technical documentation and provide support to Sales and Customer Care.
- Thinking along about new solutions and improvements within control technology.

Who are you
We are looking for an engaged and analytical engineer who enjoys working in a dynamic environment with lots of variety.
You bring:
- A completed college or university degree in Control Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics.
- At least three years of experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge of and experience with PLC programming (e.g. Siemens, Allen Bradley or Beckhoff).
- An analytical and independent work style with an eye for quality and detail.
- Willingness to travel internationally approximately 4 to 6 weeks per year.
