In this role, you will be the connecting factor between engineering, work preparation, and production.
Function
As a Project Engineer, you are responsible for your projects from start to finish. You contribute ideas to the design, translate ideas into technical drawings, and monitor progress in terms of planning and quality. In addition to engineering, you play an important role in organizing and coordinating technical activities with internal departments. You work closely with engineers, purchasers, work planners, and the technical manager within a dynamic and committed team.
Your responsibilities:
- Designing and technical development of customer-specific projects.
- Translating designs into clear and executable technical drawings.
- Modeling and detailing of parts, including materials, dimensions, and specifications.
- Checking drawings and ensuring correct transfer to production.
- Guiding and supporting foremen during the production process.
- Actively contributing ideas about improvements and new technical developments.

Who are you
You are a meticulous and structured engineer with a practical attitude. You switch easily between design and implementation and feel responsible for the end result.
What to bring:
- At least a completed vocational education in Mechanical Engineering.
- Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic electrical engineering.
- Experience with 2D CAD programs.
- Experience in heavy industry is an advantage.
- You work on a project basis, are quality-oriented, and contribute solution-oriented ideas.
