Introduction
Are you an experienced Quality Engineer in a production environment and want to make a difference in a high mix, low volume environment? WFS PRO is looking for a Quality Engineer for CoreDux.
Function
As a Quality Engineer, you will focus primarily on ensuring quality control for customers, suppliers, and Coredux itself. Throughout the process, you will work closely with the Engineering and Production departments and with a fellow Quality Engineer who is responsible for quality assurance on the product side at CoreDux. In collaboration with them, you will guarantee the quality of CoreDux products, acting as the point of contact both internally and with the supplier.
Your responsibilities also include the following:
- You initiate and monitor measures to ensure the quality of CoreDux's product.
- You participate in consultations regarding New Product Introduction in order to guarantee the customer's quality requirements during product development.
- You are responsible for handling and resolving complaints based on the 8D principle.
- Using Lean techniques, you initiate continuous improvement processes.
- You plan, organize, and perform system and process audits.
- You are jointly responsible for achieving quality targets and ensuring the implementation and enforcement of customer requirements.
- You provide training to employees on topics such as new working methods and quality control.

Who are you
- A completed higher professional education degree and a technical background
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position in the manufacturing industry or comparable
- Professional level of Dutch and English, both spoken and written
- Experience with quality systems (such as ISO 9001) and process assurance
- Knowledge of quality tools such as 8D and PFMEA and related (quality) methods/techniques
- Knowledge of improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma
