Function
As an HVOF Operator, you will be coating large components for hydraulic systems. This is not assembly-line work, but rather projects in which each product requires a different approach. You will be responsible for the entire coating process and will have a direct impact on the quality and lifespan of the final product.
- Setting up and operating HVOF systems
- Interpreting technical drawings and coating specifications
- Pre-processing of parts, such as blasting and cleaning
- Checking coating thickness and quality using measuring instruments
- Adjusting process parameters during coating
- Performing routine maintenance on systems
- Contributing ideas for process and quality improvements

- Salary up to €4,175 gross per month (depending on experience)
- Shift premium: 20% (two-shift system) and 27% (three-shift system)

Who are you
You are familiar with HVOF and complex surface treatments. You know how the process works and understand what to look out for to ensure quality.
- Experience with HVOF coating processes
- Experience reading technical drawings
- Understanding process parameters and material behavior
- Familiar with measuring equipment and quality controls
- Precise process for large and expensive components
- Willing to work in 2- or 3-shift rotations
- Good command of the Dutch language
