Function
As a Project Engineer at our client, you will work on a wide range of projects related to the energy transition. You will be part of the engineering department and play a key role in ensuring the quality and feasibility of designs. You will work closely with international engineering teams and liaise directly with clients to optimize and validate designs. As you grow in the role, you will be given the responsibility to take on projects independently.
Your main responsibilities:
- Reviewing and evaluating technical drawings
- Coordinating designs with clients and stakeholders
- Verify that the design meets technical and functional requirements
- Collaborating with international engineering teams
- Contribute to optimizing technical solutions within projects
- Progressing step by step toward independently managing projects

Who are you
You are a passionate engineer with an interest in renewable energy and a strong focus on quality and collaboration. You thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy working on innovative projects.
You also identify with the following:
- Completed technical training (vocational or higher vocational education)
- Interest in or affinity for renewable energy
- Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail
- Good communication skills
- Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written)
- Able to work in a multidisciplinary and international team
About the organization
Our client was founded in 2018 and operates completely independently of venture capital or investment funds. The team now consists of over 20 colleagues and works with almost all major players in the Netherlands. The company (co-)owns batteries, private power grids and solar roofs.
Their motivation is to accelerate the energy transition. As an integrated organization, they offer a wide range of services and products through which they realize innovative and sustainable projects.
