On behalf of GKN Fokker Elmo, a major player in the aviation industry, WFS PRO is seeking an experienced Customer Demand Planner to make a difference on a temporary basis in a fast-paced supply chain environment.
Function
You’ll be joining an ongoing process where a lot is happening. Forecasts change, orders shift, and you’ll ensure that everything is accurate in the systems and aligns with the schedule.
You’ll work closely with the supply chain team, master schedulers, production staff, and program managers on a daily basis. The team is small and works closely together, with short lines of communication and a high degree of autonomy.
What you'll be doing specifically:
- You manage forecasts and order books in the ERP system and keep them up to date
- You analyze changes in customer demand and assess their impact on production and the supply chain
- You identify discrepancies in data and resolve them before they cause problems
- You coordinate daily with internal stakeholders regarding changes in demand and priorities
- You will support the planning process (including MPS) with reliable and up-to-date demand data.

Who are you
You are someone who can quickly make sense of complex data and easily collaborate with various stakeholders.
Must-haves:
- Experience in demand planning, supply chain planning, or a similar role
- You have experience working with ERP systems and understand how data affects planning
- You can analyze forecast and order data and translate them into concrete actions
- You communicate easily with both operations and customer-facing teams
- You have experience in a manufacturing or supply chain environment
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience in the aerospace or high-tech manufacturing industry
- Familiar with MPS or integrated planning processes
