In this role, you’ll combine recruitment and business development, and you’ll be responsible for everything from initial contact through to onboarding.

You work in technical niche markets such as aviation, high-tech, defense, and maritime. You identify opportunities, build relationships, and create lasting connections. You’ll enjoy a high degree of autonomy, direct communication channels, and a direct impact on your results.

Function

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you are responsible for the entire process. You constantly liaise between the client, the candidate, and the business side.

You build your own market

  • You will build your own client portfolio within technical niche markets
  • You generate new business and pursue commercial opportunities
  • You advise clients on recruitment issues
  • You build long-term relationships with clients
  • You identify market trends 
     

You mentor technical talent

  • You identify and approach top technical talent
  • You conduct intake interviews and assess candidates' goals and skills
  • You will guide candidates from initial contact through to onboarding
  • You are building a talent pool within your market
  • You will be the primary point of contact for candidates 
     

You manage the process from start to finish

  • You will coordinate the entire recruitment process
  • You negotiate terms independently
  • You monitor progress and expectations
  • You ensure a strong onboarding process
  • You provide long-lasting matches

Who are you

  • HBO working and thinking level
  • 2–3 years of experience in recruitment and/or sales
  • Commercial and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Strong in relationship management
  • Proactive and results-oriented
  • An affinity for technical fields
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English
  • Ownership of your pipeline and results
