Function
As a Logistics Account Manager, you are responsible for managing customer relationships from the operations side. You work closely with supply chain, production, planning, and engineering to ensure that orders, forecasts, and deliveries run smoothly.
You serve as the primary point of contact for your customer portfolio and maintain an overview of ongoing processes, delivery agreements, and logistical challenges.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing customer relationships and daily operational coordination
- Coordinating deliveries, forecasts, and order flows
- Identifying and resolving logistical bottlenecks
- Coordinating with production, planning, the supply chain, and quality
- Monitoring customer agreements, delivery times, and commercial agreements
- Support with quotes, changes, and New Product Introductions (NPI)
You’ll be working in a high-mix, low-volume production environment where no two days are the same. You’ll be constantly liaising between internal departments and international clients.

Who are you
This role is a good fit for someone who likes to be closely involved in day-to-day operations and thrives on collaboration, planning, and customer interaction. You have:
- HBO working and thinking level
- Experience in a customer-focused role within manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain
- Good command of Dutch and English
- You maintain a clear overview and can easily switch between different stakeholders
- Experience in a high-mix, low-volume production environment
- An interest in technology or the manufacturing industry
- Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP
