At CoreDux, you’ll work in an environment where extremely precise stainless steel and high-tech hose systems are manufactured for the semiconductor, aerospace, and high-tech industries. As a Production Shift Leader, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that production runs smoothly, that people work well together, and that schedules are met.
Function
As a Production Shift Leader, you will manage a team on a daily basis in a modern production environment operating on a two-shift schedule. You will serve as the primary point of contact on the shop floor and ensure that operations run smoothly.
Your duties include:
- Managing and supervising operators during your shift
- Monitoring production scheduling, quality, and safety
- Resolving operational disruptions in collaboration with technical and engineering teams
- Ensuring a smooth handoff between shifts
- Identify areas for improvement in the process and discuss them with the Production Manager
- Supporting employees in their professional development
- You will work closely with other shift leaders, the Production Manager, Technical Services, and Quality. The team on the shop floor is large and diverse, so collaboration and clear communication are essential.

Who are you
For this role, we are looking for someone who is not afraid to take responsibility and can maintain an overview of the workplace.
- MBO+ or HBO level of work and thinking
- Experience in a production environment (including as an operator or assistant foreman)
- You enjoy managing and mentoring your colleagues
- Good command of Dutch and English
- Experience with Lean, 5S, or continuous improvement
- Experience in high-mix/high-tech manufacturing
- Previous managerial experience in a shift-based work environment
- Even if you haven’t held a formal management position yet but are ready to take that step, this is a role where you can advance.
