Function

As an Assembly Technician, you will work on the assembly and testing of complex machines, modules, and systems for leading clients in the high-tech industry. You will work from technical drawings and work instructions and will be involved in the entire assembly process: from assembly to testing and troubleshooting.

You'll work in a modern cleanroom at the Brainport Industries Campus in Eindhoven, alongside fellow technicians, engineers, and test specialists.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assembling precision-engineered modules, machines, and systems based on technical drawings
  • Assembly and adjustment of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and drive system components
  • Performing functional tests on integrated systems
  • Identifying, analyzing, and resolving technical anomalies and malfunctions
  • Verifying the quality of assemblies and test results
  • Contribute ideas for improvements to assembly processes and work methods

Who are you

  • Vocational education (MBO) level of work and thinking in the fields of Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar assembly position
  • Experience reading technical drawings and work instructions
  • Experience assembling complex mechanical or mechatronic systems
  • Good command of the Dutch and English languages
  • Experience in the semiconductor, high-tech, or mechanical engineering industry
  • Additional technical courses or vocational training programs
  • Experience with testing and troubleshooting machines and modules
