Function
You will be part of a small team within Planning & Logistics. In your role as production planner, you will be responsible for the short-term planning of production orders and coordinating with the relevant departments to determine the operational details. You will strive to optimize the process and ensure that bottlenecks are resolved in a structural manner. With your inquisitive and analytical attitude, combined with your communication skills and problem-solving abilities, you will be able to connect the right dots and achieve the desired production planning.
These are your tasks/responsibilities:
- You draw up and communicate the production schedule, striving for efficient production flow and timely delivery to our customers.
- You monitor and check the progress of production orders and escalate if necessary.
- You assess plan orders based on capacity.
- Converting and releasing planned orders to production orders
- You make decisions regarding re-in and re-out questions.
- You review and maintain the order sequence based on the specified priority.
- You participate in project teams
- You are involved in the structural improvement of processes.

Who are you
- A completed higher professional education program
- You have work experience as a production planner in a technical production environment (high mix – low volume is an advantage).
- You are inquisitive, analytical, able to distinguish between main and secondary issues, and possess problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Office and preferably also SAP
- You have good communication skills
- You speak professional Dutch
