As Production Lead at Fokker Services, you will be responsible for managing all operational elements of our repair shop Avionics. You will challenge and inspire your operational team of highly skilled technicians and support staff. You will lead your team towards business goals with a strong focus on performance via operational management and continuous improvement. You will perform (basic) performance analysis and report your results towards internal and external stakeholders. You will represent your team in (cross) departmental meetings/events and actively engage with Operations-, Procurement-, and Commercial-stakeholders to maximize the operational performance of the repair shop. You will be an active member of the operations team at Schiphol and Woensdrecht and work closely with the Process Engineers and colleagues from the Planning Production and Control team. In this role you will report to the Head of Production, and work together with other Production leads in pursuit of operational excellence.
